Clutter isn’t just the physical “stuff” that invades every crevice of our homes, cars and handbags, it’s also the mental noise that sings loudly at the back of our minds every minute of every day, competing with the more important stuff we really should be thinking about…usually the positive stuff that’s drowned out by busy chatter and negative self talk.

I’ve been working with women for the past 19 years to help them transform their bodies through personal training and from that experience it became very clear to me that it was near on impossible to realise a fitness or weightless goal without first taking care of the chaos in a client life.

PHASE ONE - YOUR PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT
In the first phase of “The Organised Life” we focus on decluttering your physical environment.
The impact physical clutter has on your life is huge because it distracts us and causes us to feel chaos in our thinking and disorganisation in our lives and all of this serves to hold us back from achieving our big goals and to finding true peace within our homes, meaning we never fully recharge or feel completely calm and relaxed in our homes.
Decluttering is surprisingly difficult for most people to do on their own and without accountability, just think about that cupboard you KNOW you need to get stuck into and clear out but keep procrastinating over!
In this time we break down every area of your physical environment and create a plan of attack for systematically and methodically getting the job done.
By the end of this first phase your entire environment will be clutter free and an oasis of calm and you’ll find your thinking is also clearer and you’ll feel more calm.
PHASE TWO - ORGANISATION & TIME MANAGEMENT
Now that your environment is a place of bliss we want to be sure you keep it that way.
In this second phase we tackle organisation and time management.
Think checklists, calendars and systems for operating your life and home like a well oiled machine, free from stress, overwhelm and constant busy-ness.
You’ll never forget to return your kids waiver forms to school again and you’ll be able to pluck the warranty to your 4 year old toaster out of your well organised filing system in seconds.
Again achieving organisation and good time management alone can be overwhelming and an area many people get stuck with but I have an armoury of tools to make this fun and easy for you and by the end of this phase you’ll be whipped into organisation shape and you will be amazed at how much free time opens up in your week.
PHASE THREE - MENTAL CLUTTER
The great part about this process is that having dealt with your physical clutter and disorganisation a lot of your mental clutter will have naturally died down which gives us the opportunity to work on the important, deeper mental clutter that is likely holding you back in life.
When you’re not focused on “where are the keys” and “how will I find time to get my car serviced” and “I shouldn’t have eaten that” the clouds part and you will see the thoughts you’ve been avoiding…often creating chaos and disorganisation is a great way to distract ourselves from doing the inner work.
Now don’t be freaked out about this and click off the page because you “can’t deal”, just hear me out.
Think of all of the clutter and chaos in your life as the outer layers of an onion, in this stage we hit the final layer of the onion, the core (well that’s what I’m calling it”, that final remaining piece that we can’t ignore.
When we work with our core stuff we create true and lasting change.
You won’t be concerned with falling back into chaos and crazy again because you’ll have dealt with the very thing that is causing it in the first place.
This doesn’t need to be a big deal…what we’re aiming for is an “aha” moment where you realise WHY you fell into chaos in the first place, either accept, challenge, work through or let go and then move the hell on, armed with the beautiful knowledge of having healed or released the very thing holding you back.
