With letting go comes creating flow
By starting your year feeling refreshed is such a great way to create space in your life that can shift static energy, increase your focus, and have you feeling good, ready to tackle the year ahead with more spring in your step.
So much can happen in a year as we know and by having a solid strategy in place when it comes to letting go and creating flow in your life at the end of a big year is such a great way to feel refreshed, revitalised, and ready for the next.
With the right systems and strategies, you can set up your space for a successful 2021 that will have you with more quality time, less stress and mess moving into your New Year.

1. It’s time to let go
Each year I undertake a journaling process that helps me to reflect on the year that has been and identify what I choose to let go of and what I choose to carry through to the new year.
I believe that by undertaking this process is such a great way to declutter your mind, body and soul so that you can gain clarity of focus and direction moving forward
2. Clean out your closet
Not only will this save you time and money, by decluttering and organising your closet you are creating a space that you love that will bring more joy to your each and every day moving into the new year ahead.
So declutter any items that you no longer use or that don’t bring joy to your life.
3. Declutter your fridge and pantry
What better way to refresh your space than by decluttering and organising your fridge and pantry space.
I find that by having my fridge and pantry rid of all unhealthy foods and instead fully stocked with hearty, nutritious, wholesome foods is what helps me to live a healthy and more energised life.

4. Give all of your spaces a deep clean
Having a clean space clears the mind and cleanses the soul.
Not only is this a hygienic way to live that can reduce risk of illness, it’s also a great way to start your year feeling fully refreshed, reset, and revitalised.
Just imagine… getting into a nice clean car, going to work to a nice clean office, and getting home to a nice clean home and more…
Ah the serenity!
5. Make a tasks list
Do a brain dump of all of the tasks and activities you need to finish but haven’t got around to taking action on yet.
By tying off any loose ends from the year that you’ve had and taking action of them in the here and now means that you’re not carrying it with you into the New Year.
For those must do’s that are yet to be completed simply implement them by setting up an action plan directly into your diary so that they are completed asap.
This helps to clear the mind, body, and soul.
