​Want to achieve your lifestyle goals in less time, and with more ease?
A huge key to making this a reality is by having super productivity skills.
We live in an age of constant dramatic distraction that can impede our focus and ultimately hold us back from
​achieving our lifestyle goals. According to research an average person a day at work is spending 2.1 hours in distraction. Then for every 11 minutes we at work are being distracted whether it’s through email, somebody interrupting, or checking Facebook, it can take 25 minutes to refocus your mind on the valuable work you were doing before you were distracted.
So often we can get busy instead of focused, or we want to go for that run or do that exercise but there’s some kind of seduction or distraction. This inevitably can prolong us getting from a-b, let alone z.

​Below are my 3 favourite keys to super productivity, be sure to apply them today to help you to achieve your lifestyle goals and increase your results in less time and with more ease.

1. De-clutter for clarity
A clean environment can assist in a clear mind. Clean out the clutter to create room for clarity and space where you can.
I love a clean house and office in fact I rarely have moments where it’s in complete disorder because working in an un-stimulated, simple, clean environment leaves me feeling free, and helps me to function, and perform at my best.
Whilst having a clean environment can help, the best way to de-clutter your mind is with meditation. By meditating you renew your energy and mental focus so that you are at your best and most productive. Even going for a walk  can do the world of good to give you the break and refuel time you need to fire up your productivity levels.

2. Execution
There is myth in ‘the harder I work, the more productive I will be’, the science on performance says that optimal performance and productivity happens in 90 minute cycles. 'Work for 90 minutes then break to recover and replenish, and REPEAT.'
By doing this you  will keep your mind focused on the task at hand, increase your energy, and productivity whilst taking action on the very things necessary to move you towards your goals every day.
Don't be afraid of stress, a healthy level of stress is a valuable tool that stretches you beyond your physical and mental comfort zones. It will grow your capabilities which helps us to grow and develop. It’s the lack of refueling and replenishing that can be what depletes you when your under stress.
So keep focused and take action, growth can get uncomfortable so be sure to move through it, replenish, and refuel. There’s power in proper execution.

3. Systems of Success
Setting up successful habits and applying them as systems throughout your day can also play a huge key to being super productive.
As these systems of success become new habits, it reduces decision-making fatigue leaving you time and energy to focus on what’s at hand, whilst making those important decisions that will keep you moving forward and achieving your goals.
I find first thing in the morning is the best time to undertake my most challenging tasks whilst my energy is higher and I'm more focused, I then leave time later on for the simpler, less energetically driven tasks.
Use your most creative hours for your most stimulating work and stay focused!
Distraction will always be there but your time won’t
