So let’s get your gym bag packed and that waiting workout underway… Hack #1 Make it a priority: By setting aside a small amount of time to prepare minimises excuses and reduces your chances of missing your workout as you fly our the door. Hack #2 Have a place for your belongings: This helps you to know where things are when it comes to organising your bag. It makes items easily accessible which means less resistance and more ease in the preparation phase. Hack #3 Know what you need:
Hack #4 Empty & Replenish Regularly: Clean and clear out your bag at the end of each day so you start your next day off on the right foot, it literally takes no more than 5 minutes of your day. Go through your bag and eliminate anything that doesn’t belong, wash what needs washing, and immediately replenish it in one hit. I love to prepare the night before so that it’s ready to go the next day. This way you reduce the risk of hindering your workout plans, losing precious time trying to find those gym items, or starting your day running late just because your looking for your sweat towel!
