You have power; in fact we utilize our inner power each and every day, and in more ways than what you think.
There’s power in the words you speak, there’s power in how you go about your daily ‘to do’s’, and there’s also power in the text messages you
send, and the way you hold your physical presence.
As a coach a question I am constantly asked is: How do I sustain my willpower even when I’m tired?
Whether it’s hitting a moment of I cant be bothered, overwhelm from the to do list that feels never ending, eating healthy on the run, getting exercise done on little sleep, or simply feeling tired from work or home life stresses. All of these things play a significant role in sometimes diminishing our inner power.
So how do you up the voltage when you are under such pressures and stress in every day life and harness your inner strength at such times?
We are all human, so don’t get me wrong, there are times where I too need to pull myself in line and check in with myself every once in a while.
In fact it is known that to have great inner power means having the ability to use what you have to accomplish your goals, and developing the skills you need in order to succeed.
Harnessing your power is not just about having more energy, although having energy helps us build momentum and remain focused. It’s about how we utilize such energies from within, and how we go about our day.
Think of it this way; you can be go, go, go yet not necessarily ever get anything done.
